Professional scammers. Cancelled last second due to ‘weather’, even though other boats were going out fine and there... was no inclement weather. They resolved this by rescheduling for another day, some of us having to fly or take a road trip back to DFW again. The second time they double booked us, not telling us until we were AT THE DOCK, and gave the other group priority even though they had already rescheduled us once before. Wasted money, time, and energy, no consideration for their clients and unapologetically unprofessional. Would not trust them with my money.read more

Gave my son a birthday party and this was the best party ever for him. But, we couldn’t have done with our our captain... “RICH” omg!! He was perfect! Rich gave us a nice smooth ride, he gave us the rules to follow, he often jumped in the water with us and when one of my boys made a mistake like jumped to the mat when he wasn’t supposed to that RICH wasn’t all and mad disrespectful about it but he did say something and reminded him you’re not supposed to do that and it didn’t happen again. We will return! All of my friends and son friends want to do it agin and WE WILL! Thank you rich!read more

Captain Bob!! Literally have nothing but good things to say about him and this company! Super easy to book and really... nice people to talk with. Bob did an amazing job with our rowdy crew- he allowed us to have our fun while also keeping everyone in line. Would 100% book with this crew again! We booked the best afternoon ride our family has ever taken with DFWBC&R! We are already planning our next boat outing... with them. Our driver/captain was a lovely women named Jill and we absolutely adored her. The sweetest addition to our family night and we hope to book her again! Great option for a safe and fun outing.read more

We had a memorable great experience on the boat ride. Captain Evan was simply awesome! He picked us up and dropped us... off on time, felt very safe, answered all our questions, and put up with us with our music 😛 Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the ride, in fact the boat ride was one of the coolest thing we did during our visit to Dallas.read more
